Azerbaijani Foreign Mnister Elmar Mammadyarov commenter on Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform initiated by Turkey. The Minister said Azerbaijan welcomes this initiative: "If South Caucasus achieves stability, it will be good for the countries in the region. The point is that the coutnries should continue consultations. Azerbaijan in its turn will perhaps continue discussions with Russia and Georgia."
Mammadyarov said it's early to say in which form the platform will be approved.
